Delvosteron®
For the delay and suppression of oestrus in dogs and cats.
Description:
Delvosteron contains a second generation progestagen; proligestone. The incidence of unwanted side effects following proligestone treatment is low compared with first generation progestagens.
Composition:
Each ml contains 100 mg proligestone. It is an aqueous suspension.
Indication:
Suppression and postponement of oestrus in the bitch, treatment of pseudo pregnancy in the bitch, suppression and postponement of oestrus in the queen and suppression and postponement of oestrus in ferret.

Injection schedule for postponement of heat in dogs and cats:
The interval between first and second injection should be 3 months
The interval between second and third injection should be 4 months
The third injection should be followed by injection every 5 months.

Store below 25°C. Keep away from Sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

Vial containing 20 ml (multi dose vial)
Precautions:
Do not administer prior to first heat. Shake well before use. Contents should be used within 28 days of first opening of the container.
