Nobilis® Reo+IB+G+ND

Combined inactivated vaccine for the immunization against Avian Reovirus infections, Infectious Bronchitis (Massachusetts type), Infectious Bursal Disease and Newcastle Disease in chickens.


Description:
Combined inactivated vaccine for the protection of chickens against Avian Infectious Bronchitis (Massachusetts serotype), Infectious Bursal Disease, Reo virus and Newcastle Disease.

Composition:
Active components per dose:
IB strain M41: inducing ≥ 6.0 log2 HI units
ND Clone 30: inducing ≥ 4 log₂ HI units per 1/50th of a dose or containing ≥ 50 PD ₅₀ units
Gumboro strain D78: inducing ≥14.5 log2 VN units.
Reo virus strain 1733 and 2408: inducing ≥ 7.4 log2 ELISA units

Indications:
The vaccine is recommended for the booster vaccination of breeding stock for protection against the Massachusetts serotype of Infectious Bronchitis and for protection against Newcastle Disease and for the immunization against Reovirus infection and Infectious Bursal Disease virus in order to protect the offspring of the vaccinated birds against Reo virus infections and Gumboro Disease by maternal antibodies for at least the first weeks of life.

Dosage and Administration:
Each bird should be given 0.5 ml of vaccine intramuscularly in the thigh or chest muscle or subcutaneously into the lower back part of the neck

Recommended Vaccination Programme:
Nobilis Reo+IB+G+ND should be given to birds around 16-20 weeks of age but not less than 4 weeks before expected onset of lay. For an optimal booster effect, the birds must be primed with live vaccines against Infectious Bronchitis, Newcastle Disease, Avian Reo virus infection and Infectious Bursal Disease. The best results will be obtained if vaccination with inactivated vaccine takes place 6 or more weeks after administration of the live primer but in no circumstances should it be done earlier than 4 weeks after priming (Please refer product leaflet for more information).

Store in dark between 2°C and 8°C.
